For the first time in four years, we talk about what goes into the den at Wolffkraft®. With this blog we wish to open up how our designers feel about working at Wolffkraft®, their career experience, personal growth and more. This post informs the future designers of the pack, existing and future customers of Wolffkraft® about what it takes to churn quality, bring the best thinking to the table and know more about the designers working on some amazing projects in our portfolio.
Introducing the incredibly talented members of the pack. More than talent it is their superior attitude towards design that makes them a valuable asset of the pack. Under the leadership of our Founder & Design Director Mohit Yadav, the team has crafted delightful and unconventional digital solutions that inspires not just our customers but also our peers in the design community.

Experience so far
I experienced a tremendous learning curve. I found Wolffkraft® to be a very creative space. It's not just about the physical space but the vibe and culture you experience working in the studio. The dedication and aspiration of the team members to make each piece of work stand out is very inspiring.
The culture does not limit us designers to any boundaries, and we are encouraged to go above and beyond in everything that we do. I am surprised many times at the ideas and outcomes that I have been able to generate. The approach to solve a problem matters the most and is a differentiator.
There has not been a day I stepped out of the studio not learning something new about the work that I do. I always felt the team here cared too much about what they are making and also gets the liberty to go through extra steps to bring out the best.
Things I learned as a designer
Design thinking has its application in everything that you do.
I practised and learned bringing structure to your thoughts to convert them into ideas.
Design inspiration can come from anything and everything. It helps if you are observant enough to notice these things.
Lastly, do not accept the presented facts; there is a lot hidden in the obvious.

Experience so far
It had been a fantastic experience with Wolffkraft®. I started working and thinking in a new way when it comes to designing solutions, going beyond the obvious and most importantly, unconventional thinking.
Until I started working with the pack, I had a predefined pattern of approaching problems and design. My attitude has improved as a designer and an individual. I always worked under a boss in my previous jobs, but at Wolffkraft®, there was no boss.
We are a team, and we work and grow together. Mohit, our Founder, always pushes my team and me to explore and execute things no one has ever done before. He makes us think uniquely.
I have experienced that having skills doesn't matter if you don't know when and where to apply those skills. This is where Mohit comes in and has always shown the right direction.
Things I learned as a designer
The most important thing I have learnt at Wolffkraft® and that is everything you do should have a reason.
Listen and ask. As simple as it seems, trust me, it is not, and this is the only thing that will lead you to solutions.
God is in the details. Do not miss out the small things. Keep pushing the boundaries, learning and observing things.
Be polite. No matter how much knowledge you gain or you have but always be humble and polite.
If you wish to walk far, walk together.

Experience so far
I am an Ex-Amdocs UX Engineer. I worked on emerging technology designs, but never did I feel the depth until I started working with Wolffkraft®.
I achieved solutions that I never imagined I could do because of the infinite freedom to push boundaries and the approach at Wolffkraft®.
I got almost entire ownership to go ahead, do whatever is needed to achieve the best solution. I have never experienced or seen someone getting this much flexibility in the early years of one's career.

Experience so far
I started with Wolffkraft® after a professional experience with a big name - Hindustan Pencils. I felt a stark difference in a typical work culture and a startup that has set out to bring a big change in the attitude of designers. Previously, I was used to executing tasks as ordered.
At Wolffkraft® we do everything with a strong reasoning. This always gave me more clarity on the "why" part. This brings out the big picture and then you are free to innovate, iterate and contribute to the solutions. Wolffkraft® is the best decision I ever made from a career standpoint.
I always used to worry about the next step. As I started working with the team here, by default I have a new day, new challenge everyday. I have loved working with the pack. I am super excited about my learning curve and more importantly the way I think about learning and my career now.

Experience so far
Wolffkraft® has been my first career experience and it has been a great one. Every day brings new and exciting challenges and my knowledge increased leaps and bounds.
My learning was not limited only to my domain but a lot of other areas - design, creativity, speculative future and professional skills too. Mohit always encouraged me to read books and is my new found love.
